Kelley Fontanilla, M.Ed.Online Administrator | Online Education Expert | Educator Advocate With over 25 years of experience in education, Kelley Fontanilla is passionate about helping educators and students achieve their goals. As an online administrator, Kelley leads a dedicated team of educators, providing guidance and support to foster student success in virtual learning environments. Her journey in education began as an Educational Assistant and permanent substitute teacher before advancing to teach grades 2 through 5, with a strong focus on Language Arts. Kelley’s deep love for reading and commitment to helping struggling learners fuel her desire to create impactful learning experiences. Kelley has extensive experience in online education and teacher development, having served as an instructional coach and consultant for a state grant. In this role, she worked closely with educators to identify areas for growth and implement effective strategies to enhance student outcomes. As an experienced Student Assistance Team (SAT) Chair and Multi-Layered System of Supports (MLSS) Coordinator, she has a proven track record of supporting students with diverse learning needs. Beyond her leadership role, Kelley is dedicated to empowering educators to expand their skills and thrive in the evolving landscape of online education. She regularly leads professional development sessions, sharing innovative ideas and fostering a collaborative culture where teachers feel supported and inspired.
